Jake comes from a background in engineering and project management.  He has an affinity for diving into analytical data and figuring out the most efficient way to make things run smoothly.  He also has experience in creative and persuasive writing.  He brings this combination of skills along with a desire to see other businesses grow in order to meet the needs of businesses from various backgrounds.  He likes spending time with family and just about any outdoor activity.

Ryan comes from a background in engineering, operations, as well as the medical field.  The experience he's gained from all these sectors helps him to come up with creative solutions to meet every client's unique needs.  He's always had a knack for breaking complicated things down into manageable parts to figure out how they work and how to make them better - whether those things are machines or a large project.  Ryan loves to spend time with family up to camp.
